A Strike and an Uprising (in Texas!) screened Saturday Sept 8th, 2018 in Edinburgh, TX at the South Texas International Film Festival. We are honored that the film was nominated for best feature film despite being one of the few documentaries to screen at the fest.
Anne Lewis was also on a Director’s panel that Saturday morning before her screening.
Special guests at the awards ceremony included appearances by the band Chingon.
